This document is intended to be used as a guide to implement a Performance Enhancement Review (PER) for PHPs for the purposes of determining whether each individual program is meeting its own goals and expectations, as well as an instrument to support optimizing the efficacy of every PHP and credibility with their boards, licensing boards and other stakeholders. |
